Content comes from voluntary student contributions, authorized sharing, or publicly released course materials. Every submission is checked against known distribution restrictions before listing — if you believe something's source is a problem, please let us know using the method below.

If you're a course instructor, TA, or believe your copyrighted content was listed without authorization, you can submit a report from the mailbox icon in the bottom-right corner of the page.
如果收到的文件有问题（打不开、内容缺失、跟描述明显不符），联系我们核实后可以退款或更换正确的文件。文件内容本身没有问题、只是单纯不想要了，不支持退款——数字资料一旦下载查看，无法“退货”。
If a file you received has a problem (won't open, missing content, clearly doesn't match its description), contact us for verification and we'll issue a refund or send the correct file. We don't offer refunds for a simple change of mind when the content itself is fine — digital content can't be “returned” once downloaded.
